I love love this nail grinder! My 30 lb dog is afraid of a lot of noises. We rescued her a year ago and the first time that I trimmed her nails I used a regular nail cutter for dogs. Unfortunately I cut her quick and it looked like a crime scene when I was done! I looked online and found that this trimmer was recommended by groomers. Although she does get a little nervous she allows me to trim all her nails with this. I bought this in August of 2024 and it still works exactly the same! I accidentally cut one of his nails too short about 6 months ago and had to find a different way. This works great, It took a lot of cookies but I can now grind his nails. He has his own tooth brush I use to get the dirt out of his nail bed so I can see the quick since he has black nails, then with my head lamp and a bunch of cookies I go to work. - Sam M

This is going to sound like a fake review but I just cannot express enough how much I love this item. This was the best $40 something I have ever spent. My dog used to freak out seeing the traditional clippers, it would take an hour to do her nails halfway decently and once she even snapped at me. She would take one look at the clippers and run for the hills. Now with this grinder she will sniff it and doesn’t seem too panicked by nail trim day.
